One identity, ten countries, one very complicated brief
Brand identity, websites and communications for an EU Horizon marine chemical research project spanning ten countries.

The problem
CONTRAST is an EU Horizon-funded research project investigating marine chemical contamination — serious science, spread across partner institutions in ten countries, each with their own priorities, languages and ideas about what the project should look like. EU research projects are required to communicate and disseminate their findings, and most do it badly: a logo by committee, a website nobody updates, a newsletter nobody reads.
What we did
Mynd Palace created the brand identity from scratch, built the project websites, and took on the role of communication and dissemination lead across all ten country partners. That meant designing a visual system flexible enough for academic posters and Instagram alike, building sites that scientists could actually update, and running the editorial calendar that kept ten institutions telling one coherent story.
The result
A research project that looks and communicates like a brand, not a PDF. Consistent identity across every partner output, a live web presence, and a dissemination programme that satisfied the EU's requirements with room to spare. Proof that we can run complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-country work without dropping threads.
