How Mynd Palace collects, uses and protects your personal data. Last updated June 2026.
Who we are
Mynd Palace (“we”, “us”) is a founder-led creative agency based in the United Kingdom. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@myndpalace.com. [Registered business name and address to be added before launch.]
What we collect
This website is static and does not run a contact form that stores your data on our servers. When you email us — including via the “book a call” and contact links, which open your own email client — we receive the information you choose to send: your name, email address, and anything in your message. We only ever hold what you send us.
We do not knowingly collect special-category data, and we ask that you don't send it to us by email.
How we use it, and our lawful basis
We use the information you send purely to reply to you, scope potential work, and carry out any project we agree. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, and — once we're working together — performance of our contract with you.
Third parties
Our email is handled by our email provider. The site is served by our hosting provider, which may process basic technical logs (such as IP address) to deliver and secure the site. We do not sell your data, and we don't share it except where needed to deliver a service to you or where the law requires it. [List any analytics, booking (e.g. Calendly/Cal.com) or CRM tools here once added.]
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your request and to maintain our normal business records, then delete them. Records relating to active or past client work are kept for as long as we have a legal or commercial reason to hold them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to our processing of it. To exercise any of these, email hello@myndpalace.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
